Start Your Day with a Morning Check-In
Every day begins with a morning check-in on Wild.AI. This simple yet crucial step provides your readiness score, a quick and easy way to gauge how prepared your body is for the day’s activities. This score is tailored to reflect where you are in your menstrual cycle or menopausal stage, ensuring that you get the most accurate feedback. Our AI is trained on knowledge gained from studying 450 whitepapers and our own data analysis and takes incredibly complex science to give very simple recommendations.
Check Your Recommendations on the Home Screen
After your check-in, head to the home screen to see personalized recommendations. Wild.AI uses your readiness score, along with your unique symptom data, to suggest the best workouts and recovery activities for you.
Create a Training Plan in the Training Tab
Next, it’s time to set up your training plan. Tap on the Training tab on the Wild.AI app. Here, you’ll find three tabs, Sessions, Explore and Schedule.
Let’s start with Explore.
Here, you can purchase a training plan from our amazing coaches or scroll down to the Wild.AI plans. There are several different types of training, depending on the events you’re looking to train for. Pick your training and fill out the form. If you haven’t got an event, set the date to at least three months away for the best result.
Once you’ve chosen a workout plan, navigate to the schedule. If you have nothing on, you’ll see the Daisy, the Stretching Avacado. If you have exercises scheduled, they will appear in this section.
Log Your Workout
Once you’ve completed your workout, don’t forget to log it in the app. Some wearables like a smartwatch or fitness tracker automatically sync your workouts with Wild.AI, saving you time and ensuring accuracy.
Rate Your Session
After logging your workout, click on your session in the workout tab and select "Rate my Training." This feedback mechanism is invaluable, allowing you to reflect on your performance and providing the app with more data to fine-tune future recommendations.
These will appear in the Trends reports, but we’ll show you that in a moment.
Return to the Home Screen for More Recommendations
With your workout complete and rated, head back to the home screen for updated recommendations. Wild.AI uses the data from your session to continually adapt and improve its advice, ensuring that you always have the best guidance at your fingertips.
Check your Trends
The trends tab offers a great way to view and understand your trends. If you’re in either the Menstrual Cycle or Perimenopause mode, you’ll get Cycle reports, which show the cycle from the first reported day to the last reported day (basically from when you log your first day of your period to the day before you log your next one). This shows how each tracked symptom appears over the course of your cycle. This helps you to spot any trends, see how different symptoms fluctuate.
Underneath that, you get scores. This shows how you are tracking over the last 28 days with the symptoms.
Finally, you’ll see your Training report. This is where the training logs appear from the post-training check-in. Compare these to your cycles.
